Many Rivers is more than a room to rent.
We love supporting local teachers and facilitators in bringing meaningful, grounded and welcoming offerings to the community.
Mountain Spirit Works has grown from a long-standing vision of creating intentional spaces in the Homer area for people to practice, work and gather with spirit.
We value connection, wellness, inclusivity, integrity, accessibility and care for the land, and we especially welcome practitioners and teachers who share those values.

Regular Weekly Class — 6-Month Agreement
Starting at $175/month for one weekly 1–1.5 hour class
Includes an additional 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after for setup, cleanup and transition. Paid monthly in advance.

What's Included
Yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, cushions, folding chairs, small tables, tea station, and bathroom access.
Capacity: up to 16 for yoga/movement and up to 30+ for seated gatherings depending on setup.
A Few Details
For one-time rentals and workshops, setup and cleanup are included in the reserved time.
Renters are responsible for participant registration, communication and any waivers appropriate to their offering.
Teachers and facilitators carry their own general liability insurance and list Mountain Spirit Works as an additional insured.
Applicable sales tax is added to rental rates.
For cancellations, we offer refunds with 30 days’ notice. With less notice, we will do our best to move the rental to another available date. Regular renters are asked to give 30 days’ notice for schedule changes or ending an agreement.
Also Available Upstairs- Treatment Rooms
We have three private treatment rooms upstairs, available individually or together for long-term rental.
A good fit for massage, body work, counseling, acupuncture, herbal or other quiet healing and wellness practices.
Long-term renters become part of the wider Many Rivers community and benefit from the regular activity and visibility of the downstairs studio. For practitioners building a private practice, the combination of an upstairs treatment room and access to the downstairs studio can create room to offer both one-on-one sessions and occasional classes, workshops, or groups.
We are especially interested in practitioners who value collaboration, community connection, thoughtful care of shared space, and creating a welcoming experience for clients-- and who may be looking for a longer-term professional home.
Our preference is to build long-term, ideally year-to-year relationships with upstairs practitioners, though 6-month agreements are also available.
Monthly rates available with the best value for renting more than one room.
